We just want to operate as efficiently as possible so that we make sure we are getting back to everyone who is interested and that nobody “falls through the cracks.”

Absolutely! We happily ship to anywhere in the world. We charge a $175 crating fee to cover the materials & labor of packaging up your new Rocktrike well enough to travel by ocean or air to you. YOU will need to contact a customs broker and pay them directly once we give you the weight and dimensions of your shipment. We do not charge any additional fees for working with your broker. 

We plan on offering basic rollers in the future, but we don’t offer them right now. Stay tuned to our socials below to find out when we do start to offer them.

We are stating 26 weeks with the intention of delivering earlier than that. The lead time is fluid as we are currently improving our processes & hiring additional quality team members.

We do not offer dimensions or plans, blueprints, or any other intellectual property related to our products. We invest a lot of time, money, and heart into our designs. We are thrilled that you are interested in what we do but if you want to get involved, just buy parts or full builds directly from us. 

The answer is no. We have one instagram account (@rock__trike) that we utilize and conduct business on. So Unfortunately we’ve had several followers succumb to scammer pages offering free trikes with the promise that you only have to pay for shipping, usually in gift cards.Any other account other than our main page is a scam. Please be on the lookout for and block/report any other suspicious pages! The main offender is “the rocktrike order platform” but most others steal our pictures and change one or two letters in their username to trick our followers.
